It will be a day of people over-reaching themselves with poor advice, with ill spoken words and quarreling, gossiping and speaking too hastily - not letting others speak and generally acting like two roosters in a chook yard.

The antidote to this is to - speak with intention and only upon reflection, do not say the first thing that comes into your head, make sure that you are in charge of your words.
