Today, 26th of June we have a yin fire sheep day.  The sheep is earth. Yin fire is the furnace or the candle.  The furnace burns very brightly and consumes all the fuel. The trend to fire today is very strong, but so too the wood.  Wood, feeds and nourishes fire and in the presence of yang metal is able to be productive.

Overall a productive day, with earth making a most welcome return in the form of the sheep.  This means all elements are present today. Perhaps we can have a smoother and more restful day. You should all smile ironically here!

The weakest element today is yin water. Yin water governs the kidney meridian, and the kidney meridian is the filtration system. It rids the body of toxins and is unique - the job cannot be taken over by any other system. The emotions associated with the Kidney meridian are fear and shame.

The affirmation for this meridian is, I have faith in all my bodily functions. I step forward with confidence and complete trust in the universal order. I am gentle on myself and others.I reconnect with the godhead and the universal energy and know that I am not alone.

Your challenge today is to develop and nurture faith in the bigger picture. To trust your own judgment and staying true to the higher order nurture in your own heart forgiveness and sincerity. Let this be expressed in acts of kindness to 3 strangers today!
