This is our very popular daily blog about matters feng shui and astrology of the day.

For the average bear this means that the emperor is a bit unstable today

Vicki Sauvage - Wednesday, July 13, 2011

Today is the 13th of July. It is a yin earth snake day. The snake is yang fire. The fire is able to feed the earth – heaven is being supported by earth – all is well.

The chart looks like this:

  • year: yin metal rabbit
  • month: yin wood sheep
  • day: yin earth snake

The emperor of the day is yin earth. He has no other earth surrounding him. He has the snake sitting underneath him providing fire support. The month has fire buried in it BUT it is trending to wood as it I the dominant combination in the environment. (Rabbit, sheep and yin wood month stem). Wood feeds fire, fire feeds earth. The emperor is therefore strong but fragile. Anything that challenges the snake such as the pig will destabilise this structure. You can see the emperor as being on a sea saw – it is finely balanced at the fulcrum point BUT at any time someone can get off the other end and destabilise it.

When the horse comes along at 1100 hours there is a big shift – the sheep will become fire and the wood combination will be broken up. This is because the sheep is the end of the season of fire, and the snake and the horse are part of the season of fire – when all three are present they take precedence over all other combinations and clashes.

For the average bear this means that the emperor is a bit unstable – he can do this he can do that. If you like wood then you best rest in the hours of the horse and the sheep for that matter. Do the filing, bake a cake; prepare the evening meal; have your business coaching session now. If you like fire then you really have a great

opportunity to break into the flow and grab that two hour window.
