It enables us to guide and mentor others when wielded wisely. It is always important to understand that we will always be in positions of influencing others. When we bring wisdom to bear on power that is where true leadership starts and ends.

Set an aspiration now to find and nurture wisdom within.

Wealth is not just financial resources but our talents and our skills. They are the things which bring financial rewards. Even if we are not wealthy, if we have the resilience to reinvent ourselves then we are indeed wealthy.

The flow is to metal.

The emperor is weak, surrendering to output, there may be some confusion and overwhelm experienced by some, depending on their personal chart and how it interacts with the daily cosmic energies.

The horse and the rat clash producing steam. 

There are 3 romance stars present so the emphasis is on romance, the engagement of the public. I have noticed something related to this and famous movie directors - I will explore it more and talk to you about it some time in the future.

The flow is complex but ultimately comes down to the strength of the wood team. They can drag everyone along with their plans because of the presence of the rat.

The emperor is extremely weak and surrenders to the dominant energy.

When we yield we often find the greatest strength and the greatest support from the universe to support our plans.

Initially it looks like the emperor is strong, surrounded by all his mates BUT the monkey and the rat combine to form water and therefore the emperor yields.

The emperor is weak - following water which is output.

The cosmic energies interact with us in predictable ways. There are the seasons, the year, the month the day, the hour  - all are governed by the cosmic interplay of the 5 elements (with two spins - yin and yang). These energies bring certain qualities, resources and challenges - how we fare depends on our personal interpretation and practices.

When more water comes on the scene the emperor will become weak, but only for a short period of time. This is relevant when babes are born - the hour that they come into this life, draw their first breath is when their personal independent interaction with universal qi begins.

How we deal with rivalry is important - I personally chose not to treat others as rivals - merely potential allies, colleagues or partners.
