The emperor is yin water.

The flow is overwhelmingly to wood. The full team is present and the water is recruited to support the wood team.

The emperor is extremely weak and surrenders to output.

Wood relates to the liver and gallbladder. When wood is so strong there will be rigidity and inability to flex. It is like a dense impenetrable forest. Good things are going on but not much light can penetrate. Depression and feelings of gloom can rise to the surface.

The way to deal with overwhelm and inability to see out is to get more information. Often when we disappear into old familiar patterns of self reproach and gloom we just have not defragged recently (if at all). Sometimes we just need to push that button on our computer system and sometimes we just can't reach outside ourselves to do that - get some one else to hit the button. The person who has the courage to defrag will find less and less time is required next time this cycle comes around you are on to it earlier.
