Sunday the 25th of July is a yang fire rat day. Yang fire sits over yin water. This is explosive. Fire and water do not mix they produce steam.
The day will be steamy and difficult to see the real issues or the real situation. It is therefore a day to keep your cards close to your chest and not react to things – postpone decisions until later. It is always useful to get more information.
The rat is a Tao Hua for the sheep, the pig and the rabbit – so take care of matters of the heart. Make sure that you nurture current relationships and be thoughtful and considerate of newly forming relationships.
There is a 2nd degree clash between the sheep and the rat. This can be a problem but it can bust open the 2nd and 3rd qi that is buried in the sheep – depends if you want that stored qi or not.
There is a primary clash with the rat and the horse. Malcolm Turnbull is a horse, with a yin water day master.
The weakest energy today is yin metal. Lung meridian is governed by yin metal. The lungs are responsible for life – no breath = no existence. The emotional states associated with the lung meridian is grief. Grief held in the organism cause you to hold your breath, when you hold your breath the waste products of respiration (and cellular metabolism) are retained. The organism starts to congest.
Your challenge today is to consciously breath in and out at least three times every hour. Make the out breath longer than the in-breath. If you practice yoga then consciously use the alternate nostril breath. Look within to see what other 'waste' you retain and hold on to. You can then take a bowl write those things onto a piece of paper and burn them. Whilst this is a symbolic act and useful it will not replace self examination and possibly working with someone else to help release blocks and 'stuck qi'.
