Wednesday 28^th is the yin earth rabbit day. The rabbit is wood. Wood breaks up earth. In addition the rabbit and the sheep on the month pillar combine to form wood. The wood is therefore very strong.

The emperor of the day is yin earth. There is good wealth around with support for business projects, launching new things into the market place, reviving your business.

We have strong qi sha to help implement plans – but if qi sha is not familiar to you then make sure your relationship with power (read effectiveness) is not one of pettiness and tyranny. It is only when you are sure of your own relationship with power that you can direct and guide people. Make sure you get a handle on what you do – if you can't then don't!

The people with a poor relationship with power are those who stand in the background throwing stones at the CEO, at their managers, at their colleagues. They are the ones fomenting rebellions in the back rooms. They are the manipulators and co-ercers. The dark nights who wanna be king but actually don't or won't apply for the job. They are the idealists and the sticklers for rules who point our procedural errors without actually taking up a leadership role themselves. Even if this is not how we normally operate there are times when we can look back to our functioning and say – mm I have done that – I have criticised without offering a solution.

The clash for the day is to the rooster (watch out Tony Abbott and Eric Abetz). There is also a second and third degree clash to the dragon and the horse.

Your challenge today is to look at yourself. Examine your relationship with power. Are you comfortable with stepping into your own real power – the ability to implement your plans, the power or ability to be effective and efficient. How comfortable are you with other people's right to stand in their own truth. How comfortable are you with tyranny, with guidance and mentoring? How would you or could you do it differently? You might like to do some writing today – to look deeply at this question of power, effectiveness and standing in your truth.
