Thursday 10th Nov: yin earth snake

  • Year: yin metal rabbit
  • Month: yin earth pig
  • Day: yin earth snake

Thursday 10th the emperor is yin earth.

The snake and the pig are in clash. They are both travel signs so it can be very tricky on the road. Snake days are often more than a little erratic as too monkey days. Whereas the pig days are less intense and the Tiger days people are usually going too fast.

The flow is to the emperor as his friend and colleague is sitting right on his shoulder. The snake remains as fire despite the clash (the pig is more powerful but exhausts itself in the clash). This flow is fragile and the associations are fragile. They can be easily recombined depending on the double hours and the stems that are will the branch in those hours.

The emperor could flow out and surrender to metal but the snake is keeping the yin metal on the year stem in check except in the hour of the rooster and the ox when metal is strong.
