Steamy water horse day

Vicki Sauvage - Tuesday, June 01, 2010
Today we have a water horse day. That is yang water sitting over yin fire! This fire is a furnace and the water is powerful. The key to understanding this energy is who exhausts who! Does the water extinguish the furnace or does the furnace evaporate the water? What do you think it might be? I think they mutually control each other and in so doing exhaust each other.

This is interesting energy because it is a preview of next month the month of the water horse. Don't forget that you can book in to the sauvage feng shui webinar now which is scheduled for tomorrow morning at 10.30am, to get an in depth analysis of the energy of the coming month.

Now lets look at the energy for the day. We have yang water, yang wood, yin and yang fire, no earth, and strong metal both yin and yang. When we look at the cycle we can see that wealth is strong, resource is very strong, we have no power and adequate output. Without the power to implement things the wealth and output are rather empty. I believe that today we will see another rally in the market. The stocks that might do well are energy related stocks with the resource sector such as mining making modest gains. (I sound like the person on the radio giving the market analysis for the day).

Without power we do not have the ability to implement grand plans, those of you who have good instincts who are well resourced personally can make wise decisions. You have to ask yourself if these decisions are in your long term interest or are merely short term gains. How are you going to build a long term strategy for your own health and wellbeing, your own prosperity, your own ability to implement plans and your own wisdom building! These times of great volatility (consistent with traveling signs) see much movement but as my mother would say - signifying nothing. It looks like a mad woman's knitting - finding the pattern is the key.

The hexagram for today is generated out of Kan sitting over Li = number 63 Ji Ji, already fulfilled. I just love Alfred Huang's book The Complete I-Ching for its amazing historical content and of course Alfred being Chinese has a thorough understanding of his own language so adds depth of meaning to the interpretation. "When people find themselves in perfect situations, when they have achieved their goals, they tend to lose focus and drive."

Your challenge today, should you decide to accept it is to maintain focus, but a soft focus. Intensity dries out the eyes, stultifies the breathing and rigidifies the skeleton. Your challenge is to stay loosely focused being attentive to the needs of others and build your connection to others. Remember the web, the threads that move out around the globe. We visualize connections between the things that better human kind.
