Today is the 6th of July. It is a yang water dog day. The dog is yang earth. Earth controls water. Earth controls heaven is less favourable. Tomorrow we shift to the month of the sheep.

The emperor of the day is yang water. He is flanked by controlling elements. There is one small resource but the yang wood is in the way.

The dog and the horse combine to form fire and the fire is supported by yin and yang wood. The fire gets very fierce in the hour of the tiger, when additional yang water will also be present in the heavenly stem of the double hour. This will produce steam - with that fire hidden in the branches it can be a time when kiddies produce sudden high fevers - keep a watchful eye on them. The emperor is therefore weak and does not like being brought back so does not like yin and yang water (0300 - 0700), neither does he like the rat or the pig because their water brings him back stronger.
