Tiger and snake clash so watch yourself on the road today

Vicki Sauvage - Wednesday, May 11, 2011
Today is the 11th of May. It is a yang fire tiger day. The tiger is wood and feeds the fire.

The chart looks like this:
  • Year: yin metal rabbit (wood)
  • Month: yin water snake (fire)
  • Day: yang fire tiger (wood)
The yang fire in the stem can combine with yin metal to form water BUT there are no branches to support this transformation until the hour of the rat or the pig. The rat hour is already gone and the pig hour is at the end of the day so this is irrelevant.

The tiger and the snake clash and as they are both travel signs it is important to watch yourself on the road and when you are moving around - be attentive, alert but not alarmed!

The cosmic flow is from the resource palace to the emperor. The emperor is strong with the only opposition existing in the opposite polarity so quite mild in its opposition.

The weakest energy is yang metal and yang metal governs the large intestine meridian. The metal meridians are associated with grief and worry. Worry is a system that is too focused internally. People are too tuned to their internal workings without attending to the bits of the system that are working perfectly well.

To help with breaking out of the worry cycle you can use this free meditation.

This is a very short grounding meditation. It helps you bring your focus to your breath and then to the dantien - the energetic centre of your being.
