Today is a void day - avoid scheduling auspicious events today

Vicki Sauvage - Monday, May 30, 2011
Today is the 30th of May. It is a yin wood rooster day. The rooster is metal. Metal controls wood. Earth is controlling heaven - less auspicious.

The chart is:
  • year: yin metal rabbit (wood)
  • month: yin water snake (fire)
  • day: yin wood rooster (metal)
The emperor is yin wood and is being fed by the water in the month stem. In fact there is an auspicious flow of qi coming into today's chart in the stems we have a flow from metal, through water and ends at the emperor of yin wood.

The
rabbit and the rooster are in clash and it is considered a void day. A void day is considered inauspicious for significant events - so shift those plans if they are mutable.

The
rooster and the snake like to hang out together, they are adjacent to each other and there is metal in the year stem - they meet 2 of the 3 criteria for a successful transformation. This is particularly potent in the hour of the ox - 0100 - 0300.

Metal is in the palace of power and, because there is presence in the palace of resource this all serves to make the emperor much stronger.

Despite the clash and the void day it is rescued by the presence of  the transformative elements. A good day - make it work for you.

Hi Sabrina, Without looking at your full chart it is not possible to make a comment. I am quite happy to look at your chart and give you some feedback.
