The emperor of the day is yang wood. We have some yang fire in the snake sitting in the palace of output, and we have yang earth sitting in the palace of wealth. The other energies are all yin. We have yin water depleting yin metal which is controlling yin wood. This is good for the emperor as the yin wood represents disharmony, strife in the palace for the emperor. There are lieutenants outside the walls of the palace who are willing to trim the competition. BUT the strongest palace today is wealth.

The weakest element today is Yang water. Water is about the flow of communication - it is wisdom, it is the downward flow of qi. Today the emperor could be very impetuous and imprudent, thinking there is wealth to claim when in fact there is none, or a limited supply.
