Every month we sponsor a conversation around Living Sustainably with Feng Shui at Chado on Elizabeth.
This is a monthly conversation about Sustainable Design and Feng Shui. You and your friends are welcome. We start at 2.45 and run through to 3.45.The focus is on facilitating a dialogue about Sustainable Building practices and Feng Shui.
Traditional Feng Shui touches the earth lightly, ensures that the building is oriented the right way to facilitate solar gain. It does not matter where the block of land is located, if the building is placed on it correctly we can marry Traditional Feng Shui to good sustainable design.

If it is good enough for the Chinese to take on restoration and rehabilitation of their ecosystems then why not us?
Dr Liu was the keynote speaker at the Richard Jones Memorial Lecture in Hobart, Tasmania on the 8th of November 2011. There is more information about that lecture which will be downloadable from the SLT website in the near future.
You are welcome to bring your house designs with you - also bring your laptop so that we can check out the block of land and be speaking with greater understanding of the land form.
