Things to know

When you decide to proceed with a consultation with Vicki you will need to provide her with the following things:

Domestic Property

  • A scale floor plan
  • A scale site map (if possible, not essential)
  • the location, birth dates and hour of birth of everyone residing on the property
  • Precise Google map reference

Commercial Property

  • A scale floor plan
  • A scale site map (if possible, not essential)
  • the location, birth dates and hour of birth of key staff members, Directors, partners.
  • Precise Google map reference

Investment Property

  • The birth dates of you and your investment partners
  • Commercial or domestic property
  • Area of the state you wish to invest in - North, East, South or West
  • An idea of your budget
