When you decide to proceed with a consultation with Vicki you will need to provide her with the following things:
Domestic Property
- A scale floor plan
- A scale site map (if possible, not essential)
- the location, birth dates and hour of birth of everyone residing on the property
- Precise Google map reference
Commercial Property
- A scale floor plan
- A scale site map (if possible, not essential)
- the location, birth dates and hour of birth of key staff members, Directors, partners.
- Precise Google map reference
Investment Property
- The birth dates of you and your investment partners
- Commercial or domestic property
- Area of the state you wish to invest in - North, East, South or West
- An idea of your budget
